0900-1200 – Activity 1
1200-1500 – Activity 2
1500-1800 – Activity 3
1800-2100 -Evening Routine – Dinner, TV Soaps, Winddown
2100-000 – Bedtime Reading
- Listen to an audio book / a podcast (1hr)/ Do an online Course (1hr)
- Fashion and Design Course work (3hrs)
- Meal out or cooking
- Go for a walk or Gym (1 – 3 hrs)
- Go to the Cinema to watch a Moive (3hrs)
- Visit a gallery to see an Exhibition
- Metime – a manicure/pedicure/ home spa (3hrs)
