0500-0600 – Exercise – 2 Mile indoor walk

0600 – 0900 – Morning Routine – Shower, Breakfast, Housekeeping, Daily Planner, Meal Planning, Social Media

0900-1200 – Activity 1

1200-1500 – Activity 2

1500-1800 – Activity 3

1800-2100 -Evening Routine – Dinner, TV Soaps, Winddown

2100-000 – Bedtime Reading


  1. Listen to an audio book / a podcast (1hr)/ Do an online Course (1hr)
  2. Fashion and Design Course work (3hrs)
  3. Meal out or cooking
  4. Go for a walk or Gym (1 – 3 hrs)
  5. Go to the Cinema to watch a Moive (3hrs)
  6. Visit a gallery to see an Exhibition
  7. Metime – a manicure/pedicure/ home spa (3hrs)
